This policy explains what personal information perkasavita.com collects, why we collect it, how long we keep it, and how you can ask us about it. The site is operated by the PerkasaVita editorial team, based at Jl. Ir. H. Juanda No. 120, Lebakgede, Bandung, 40132, Indonesia.
It applies to this website and to the messages you send us through the contact form. It does not cover the policies of the shops or services you reach from our pages, so please read those separately when you leave this site.
What we hold, and how long
Three short entries cover almost every question readers send us: the details we keep, the reason we keep them, and the point at which they are removed.
We collect the information you provide directly through the contact form: your name, email address, and the content of your message. We may also collect standard technical information automatically, such as your IP address, browser type, and pages visited, through server logs and analytics tools.
Contact form information is used only to respond to your message. Technical information is used to keep the site working, understand which pages are read, and detect misuse. We don't use either category for marketing, and we don't sell personal information to third parties.
Contact form messages are kept for as long as needed to handle the enquiry and any follow-up, generally up to twelve months. Server logs are kept for a shorter period consistent with normal hosting practice. After that, the information is deleted or anonymised.
We keep reader messages only while an enquiry is open, then remove them.
